After eight years as a Technical Writer, documenting and creating Knowledge Base content, I began exploring new ways to deliver the help my customers needed.  Reading is fundamental, but some learning is better delivered more visually.

I began to design Tutorial Videos to break down visually complex topics and provide another avenue of self-help. It was my goal to guide customers on a learning path, teaching in bite-sized chunks everything they'd need for success. 

As Instructional Design Specialist for my team, I was also able to focus on the potential for various types of eLearning to answer some of our customer's needs.

My goal is to push the boundaries of my skills, the technology available to me, and my creativity in order to create effective eLearning, designs that are aesthetically pleasing, and instruction uniquely suited to its topic.
